ODDGODS™ are a brand of Touchline Design, a design company based Cardiff that specialises in designing and producing high quality sports and leisure clothing. As a rule we are committed to the customer, our aim is to make the experience as easy as possible.

How do I order on-line?

ODDGODS™ has made this easy, simply:

1 - Click on your desired category from the home page
2 - View the product details
3 - Click on your favoured item - (you can view image details), choose the colour, size and quantity and add it to your shopping cart. Adding an item to your cart does not commit you to buying the product, you can review at any time by clicking on the view cart link.

How do I checkout?

When you are ready to pay for your shopping, click on ‘view cart’ and you will see a list of the ODDGODS™ products you have selected. If you are happy to proceed, click on “checkout”. If you have not already logged into your account we’ll ask you for a few details that we need to complete your order.

We will ask you to choose your preferred shipping method, then a confirmation of your order will appear on screen. If you are happy to proceed, click on ‘Place order’ and you will be directed to our secure payment gateways Protx or PayPal depending on your payment choice.

How can I make a payment to ODDGODS™?

Via the ODDGODS™ website, PayPal, credit and debit cards can be accepted for payment of merchandise. Your account will be charged once the product has been despatched to you. Your statement will show a payment has been made to Touchline Design.

ODDGODS™ uses the secure payment gateways Protx and PayPal, all the information gathered during payment is processed by these gateways, we do not hold any credit card information.

Prices on the ODDGODS™ website are shown in British Pounds (GBP), if your card/account is in another currency, your credit/debit card company will convert the transaction from that currency to British Pounds.

What happens next?

ODDGODS™ product orders placed by you are accepted subject to availability.

We will notify you of ODDGODS™ acceptance of order by email.

If you do not receive this within 2 days please send an email to info@oddgods.co.uk and we will do our best to reply to you promptly.

Sometimes certain products are out of stock due to high demand. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible (by email) and advise on expected delivery date of your items or suggest possible alternatives. If necessary we may dispatch multiple orders separately.

The contract of the sale of items will however not be agreed until the items are despatched from our warehouse, all ODDGODS™ goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

ODDGODS™ reserve the right to change details of products at any time, whether it be colour, size, style, or price.

How can I be sure the product looks like it does on the website?

ODDGODS™ has made every effort to show and describe their products as accurately as possible. Slight colour variations of products will occur due to the onscreen representation of the product on the website. ODDGODS™ cannot accept responsibility for these slight discretions.

When will my order be despatched and delivered?

Shipping costs depend on destination, weight and number of items shipped and is calculated when you check out.

All orders over £100 are despatched free of charge.

ODDGODS™ will despatch your order once we have received clearance of your payment, this is normally within 5 working days.

All orders are sent first class. If you wish to have your order delivered to another address please make this clear when completing your details on checkout.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within 5 days please contact info@oddgods.co.uk and we will endeavour to rectify the situation.

How do I exchange/return a purchased item?

If you are not completely satisfied with any of your ODDGODS™ items you may return them to us within 21 days of receipt for either refund or exchange. All items must be returned ‘as sold’ – in re-sellable condition, unworn, with all swing tags attached. If a returned item fails to meet these requirements ODDGODS™ cannot accept the item back.

If you need to either return or exchange your ODDGODS™ purchased items please follow the instructions below:

1 - Contact us at info@oddgods.co.uk let us know whether you want a refund or replacement and the reason why.

2 - Send us the item (address below) in its original packaging with completed returns form, using recorded delivery at your own cost. This will ensure the item is not mislaid in the post (ODDGODS™ cannot be held responsible for any parcels that do not make it back to us).

3 - Once the items are returned they will be checked, and as long as the items meet the satisfactory conditions your refund/exchange will be granted.
