Touchline Design Ltd aims to deliver all mainland UK standard orders between 5-7 working days… as a general rule though, if your order is in-stock we’ll post it to you within 24 hours of the receipt of purchase… however… PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY DURING THE CURRENT COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
The majority of our t-shirt stock is now ‘printed to order’ via DTG (Direct To Garment Printing), this process does take slightly longer than normal (to ensure the product is of the highest quality) hence the reflection in delivery time.
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within 10-14 days please contact info@oddgods.co.uk and we will endeavour to rectify the situation.
Orders are dispatched via 1st Class Royal Mail (with proof of postage). If you need the item sooner rather than later, send us an email at info@oddgods.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Costs
Delivery costs depend on destination, weight and number of items shipped. This is calculated when you check-out. All orders over £75 are dispatched free of charge.
Generally you’ll be looking at:
£2.00 P&P for a childs t-shirt (this increases when another item is added to the order)
£2.00 P&P for an adults t-shirt (this increases when another item is added to the order)
£2.00 P&P for an A4 print
£3.50 P&P for an A3 print (rolled in postal tube)
£3.50 P&P for a mug (a heavier weight!)
